Returns must be approved by Quinceanera-Boutique.com and a return authorization will be issued upon approval. Dress can be returned for exchange or refund.

If a dress is returned for exchange, full credit for the purchase price of the dress will be given, excluding original shipping and handling charge. Normal shipping charges apply to the second shipment.

If a dress is returned for refund, credit for the purchase price, excluding shipping and handling charges and minus a 20% restocking fee will be given.

The return package must be insured and securely wrapped. Shipping charges and insurance for the return shipment are at the buyer's expense.

The dress must be returned within 3 days of receiving the item. Returned dresses must be in their original condition and packaging. Dresses must be unused and unaltered, with all hang tags and labels in their original positions. If the dress is damaged or appears to be used, the dress is not refundable under any circumstances.
